Ordering and Payment

• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Payment required at time of order
• All sales final (see Refund Policy below)

Order Acceptance

Physical Books

• Printed on demand: 1-3 days production time
• Shipping: 5-10 business days (standard)
• International shipping times vary by location
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to carrier

Ebooks

• Instant delivery via email after payment confirmation
• Download link valid for 30 days (contact us if expired)
• No shipping charges
