When you order a physical book from Mentis Aura, we don't pull it from a warehouse. Instead, your book is printed fresh through our global production network. This ensures quality, eliminates waste, and allows fair pricing.

Production Timeline

Step 1: Order Placed

  • Order sent to production facility nearest your location
  • Confirmation email sent immediately

Step 2: Production (1-3 Business Days)

  • Book printed using premium materials
  • Professional binding and quality check
  • Packaged for shipping

Step 3: Shipping

  • Handed to carrier with tracking
  • Tracking information emailed to you
  • Standard delivery: 5-10 business days from ship date

Total time from order to delivery: typically 7-14 business days

  • Destination country
  • Book format (paperback or hardcover)
  • Shipping speed selected

Free shipping threshold: Orders $50+ (US only)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through our global production network:

  • North America: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Asia/Pacific: 10-21 business days
  • Other Regions: 14-28 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes (buyer responsibility).

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

  • Replacement sent if carrier confirms loss

Delayed Packages

  • Shipping delays: Carrier-dependent, typically customs or weather

Wrong Address

Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to print-on-demand production (each book printed specifically for you), we cannot accept returns for:

  • Content dissatisfaction
  • Philosophical disagreement
  • Change of mind
  • Duplicate orders
  • Wrong format selected

Replacements for Defective Products

We will replace at no cost if your book arrives:

Production Defects

  • Incorrect book sent
  • Pages out of order

How to Request Replacement
